I offer you a prayer from a wonderful wise woman....Kaliana Rose, developer of "Rose of Raphael" essences.

"I bless and celebrate the feminine way of being. I take the time to drink deeply of the divine Mother,
filling myself with life giving energy and love. I give only when my cup overflows."

A prayer for you

Bless you Sacred Woman... Bless your journey, your heart, your lips, your womb, your voice, your yoni, your skin, your heartbreaks, your losses, your breasts, your mind, your wounds, your dreams, your face, your power, your children, your shadow, your lovers and your soul.

I see your mystery unfolding.

May we learn from our cycles and seasons.
May we embrace what is true.
May we find courage.
May we release what no longer serves us.
May our hearts be free. May our love flow generously.
May we dance the way we want to.
May we sing our own songs, and write our own stories.
May we be uplifted and propelled forward by our visions.
May the divine flow through us so that this world is a more beautiful place.
We all have a gift to give, help us to give it freely.
Bless you sacred divine goddess.
I love you, I believe in you and I am here for you.

Lets breathe deeply and exhale fully.
Lets dance.
Lets be still.
Lets flow and grow.
Letting go, we flow
We know
We know

If you have found your truth within yourself there is nothing more in this whole existence to find. Osho

What are you looking at in your life right now?

I love this picture of the woman with the snake. To me this beautiful image reflects the courage it takes to live fully and face ones fears. This woman looks calmly at the snake. She is facing a seeming danger with grace. She is unafraid and defenseless, and radiates a peaceful strength. Her chest is exposed; her soft and beautiful breasts show her confidence in her feminine nature. She embodies courage.

This incredible woman is also at peace with the serpent who is rising up from her hips and belly...her deepest passions and desires. She is truly courageous and strong in her own unique way. She needs no armour over her chest to protect her heart. She stands tall and serene.

When we can find the courage to look straight into what is facing us and rising up from within we can access our power. Who we have known ourselves to be can collapse around us. Just as there is always calm after the storm there is always a more authentic self underneath when we shed our skin. Even when we feel there is nothing underneath to hold us... there is a loving self that holds us even when we feel fragile or broken.

A peace envelopes us when we get real. Acceptance of ourselves and others brings a new energy and happiness. Women and snakes are often feared. Perhaps we women fear ourselves the most. We fear our passion, our power, our dark side, our desires, our fertility and even our natural abilities. We fear the unknown. The snake and the woman are mysteries. Life itself is a mystery. None of us ever know exactly what is around the corner.

Women and snakes may seem to some to be unpredictable. We never know what they will do. Yet if we really listen to ourselves we can get a whif, a sense of what is to come. We can smell things in the air.

I remember once seeing a black snake on the ground outside my gypsy wagon in Goonengerry, a tiny community in northern NSW. We both froze upon sight of one another. It was incredible for me to see that as I thought of moving down the stairs towards the snake (to maybe frighten it away) it sensed my move and quickly darted away before I ever took a step forward. The snake felt my energy, my intention and knew what was going to happen. She took action and headed away from me to safety.

When I moved into the property I sent out a message to the snakes (telepathically as I believe we are connected to all things) to let them know I was living alone in the converted gypsy wagon with my then two year old daughter. I asked the snakes to not frighten me and promised them in return I would do them no harm. Many of the other people on the land had the snakes in their kitchens where mice were abundant and this frightened me.

The snakes heard me. Once I saw a tail in the rafters of my ceiling and another time a skin lay hanging over my front door. I never once found a snake in my kitchen. They said to me "We are here but we will do you no harm".

Women and snakes can be dangerous. We can harm others if we feel threatened. We are unpredictable. Do not mess with us. We can kill with a look and a bite.

All the creatures of the natural world partake in the life, death, and rebirth cycle. Snakes shed their skin and transform themselves. Caterpillars become butterflys. Rosebuds become full blown roses. Chicks become chickens.

Snakes and women are mysterious and sensitive and to be treated with respect. God bless you dear woman. God bless the mystery and Goddess Bless the Sacred Snake who spirals up from your belly and up to stare you in the face.

How do you feel when you look at this picture? What does the snake represent to you?
